Founded by Dr Yasmeen Najm, YN Global supports organisations navigating high-stakes innovation and emerging technology initiatives where execution matters as much as ambition.

With experience spanning energy, water, hydrogen, mobility, infrastructure, and AI, the work draws on deep familiarity with Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East innovation landscape, alongside global best practice from the UK and North America.

PhD in environmental engineering, with professional experience across various industries including renewable energy, green hydrogen, mobility, construction, and applied AI.

This perspective shapes a clear focus on execution, decision-making, and building initiatives that can genuinely run in the real world.

Lived and worked extensively across Saudi Arabia, alongside experience in the UK and North America, navigating environments defined by scale, pace, and stakeholder complexity.

  • Designing and delivering innovation initiatives from early concept through to pilot and scale. This includes technology scouting, pilot structuring, decision frameworks, and ensuring initiatives are commercially, technically, and organisationally viable.

  • Deep experience leading green hydrogen and eFuels innovation across maritime, aviation, motorsport, and renewables. Work spans strategy, partnerships, applied R&D roadmaps, and integration of low-TRL technologies into real delivery environments.

  • PhD-level training in environmental science and engineering, with applied experience in desalination innovation, resource recovery, and zero-liquid-discharge systems. This background underpins a systems-led approach to complex infrastructure and sustainability challenges.

  • Programme delivery and facilitation for AI-enabled innovation in construction and infrastructure, including workshop design, stakeholder engagement, and research translation for senior industry and government leaders. This includes work delivered with Cogital for Autodesk Research.
